Our hearts are so powerful, and yet can be so vulnerable and impressionable. They can swell with pride and love… they can also be broken, and damaged. They can be soft and open, or they can grow cold, harden, and turn dark. Our hearts are central to who we are as humans. That is why in Proverbs we are told to “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”In this teach we will explore how we can reclaim the ancient practice of morning, midday, and evening prayer, so that we can begin to pray as Jesus himself prayed, and to pray with the power that the early church carried.
